At LEIR, every piece is crafted with attention to detail and carefully inspected before dispatch. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-day return window under the following conditions.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Returned items must:

* Be unused and unwashed
* Be in original condition and packaging
* Include all tags and accessories provided with the product

Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

Non-Returnable Items

Products showing signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or items returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once the returned product passes inspection, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
